The best beach is in Isla Canela which is approx. five minutes drive form Ayamonte, with onshore breezes which create ideal conditions for a variety of watersports. A ground floor apartment on a corner plot with views to the communal pool, which also has a childrens pool.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has a large garden and patio area. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a DVD player and television with English channels and Sky, a Playstation is also provided at a small extra charge. Air conditioning is also available. All the windows have roller shutters for heat and light reduction. It is furnished to a very high standard throughout. The apartment will comforatably sleep 8 people as there is a bed settee provided. It also benefits from reserved car parking space.
This is a 2 bed rooms, 2 bathroom Town House with views over a 18 hole championship golf course and valley down to the river.
On the other side is the communal pool with a childrens pool. There is a garden and patio area on the ground floor, a balcony area on the first floor with stairs to a rooftop terrace. All the facilities inside the Town House are the same as the apartment except it will sleep six with the bed settee.
